We stand behind our products and want you to feel confident ordering from RedBeard Grooming Co. Australia.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will review the situation and work with you on an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, store credit or refund.

For change-of-mind returns, personal-use grooming products must be unused, unopened and in their original condition and packaging. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products are handled in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
