Processing time
Orders are normally packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During major promotions, product launches or peak periods, processing may take a little longer.
Australia
- Standard shipping: $10.95 AUD
- Express shipping: $14.45 AUD
- Free standard shipping: orders of $70 AUD or more
Estimated delivery after dispatch is usually 3–8 business days for Standard and 1–4 business days for Express. Rural and remote areas can take longer.
New Zealand
- Standard shipping: $20 AUD
Estimated delivery after dispatch is usually around 5–10 business days, depending on destination and carrier conditions.

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking details after your order is dispatched.
